Objective:
The Director of Retail will be responsible for the sourcing leasing and retention of retail clients/tenant mix.
They are looking for someone who can look strategically at the business and introduce new and exciting ideas for the malls.

The Candidate:
Retail leasing experience in the Middle East is NOT essential but they would prefer someone with contacts in Dubai/GCC.
Any gender or Nationality, Aged 35 – 45 years (approx).

Offer & Package
Salary: Up to AED 60k per month
Car Allowance: AED 150K paid once every 3 years.

Key Functions:

Responsible for all matters related to Electrical works including proper records keeping, all in line with the project specifications.

· Works with the Project Manager/Resident Engineer and Electrical Inspectors and carry out regular site inspections.
· Review and monitor contractor’s procedures/practices for health and safety.
· Review and monitor contractor’s shop drawings, materials and method statements.
· Record changes on site and review as-built drawings/submissions.
· Monitor progress on site.
· Audit Inspectors work as part of the Site Quality Assurance procedure
· Checking ongoing site installation and attending client and contractor meetings.
· Routine site inspections and Supervisions.
· Assist in the administering safety programme.
· Carry out rounds of general inspections on site. Initiate/generate site notes and other site observations.
· Review of test results.
· Check site manpower/resource/plant/machinery on site as required.
· Keep copy of site related documents for site uses.
· Inspect electrical installations to verify conformance with safety laws and ordinances
· Reviews electrical plans and materials list to interpret specifications and methods of installations.
