We currently have a vacancy for a Receptionist/Office Administrator in our Melbourne office to work 3 days per week. As the face of Konekt in Melbourne you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support and service to our clients and internal staff alike. This is the head office for Victoria and involves liaison with our regional offices across the state. Working alongside another Receptionist/Office Administrator the two of you with alternate Reception duties. Main duties will include switchboard operation, greeting clients, general administration duties as well as some word processing.

To be successful in this position you will require a background in reception (within a busy environment), administration, great time management skills, outstanding written and verbal communications, demonstrated computer skills as well as a can do attitude and fantastic personality.
