Your new organisation is a nationwide Professional Services company, highly regarded for their professionalism and innovative culture.

Your new role as HR Manager is as a true business partner, where you have the opportunity to take ownership of the whole HR function in Brisbane and transform its place in the organisation. You will be working closely with the senior partners and providing HR support to a client group of approximately 120 people. The role will have you functioning at both the operational and strategic levels within a professional environment.

You are an enthusiastic manager who thrives on ensuring that the business is providing engaging people initiatives. You have superior communication skills at all levels and prior experience within professional services. You are a proactive people person who can build relationships and be the champion of HR projects.
