We are seeking a client focused individual to assist in managing the relationships with government agencies within the Treasury Managed Fund portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a high level of service delivery is provided to all agencies through managing all aspects of the agency relationship.

Our Customer Service Specialists are required to proactively respond to all agency needs and requirements, resolving complaints or issues in a timely manner and providing training and technical support to the agency along with members of the claims team.

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
Excellent understanding of Workers Compensation legislation
Greater than 2 years experience in a Workers Compensation claims or injury management environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
High level of organisational skills
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
