Salary: $35,000 – $38,000
You will join a young, dynamic team within this long-established insurance company with Asia-Pacific offices and take on an inbound Contact Centre-based Customer Service role assisting clients with policy advice, insurance renewals, quotes, and claims processing.
This is a highly dynamic, friendly and supportive environment.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you MUST demonstrate:
At least 12 months Customer Service experience within a contact centre environment
A stable work history, with not too many job changes (at least 12 months in your last role)
Come from the local area, and have an ability to work in Abbotsford
Australian/NZ Citizenship or Permanent Residency
This is an excellent team-based role for someone who has worked for a couple of years within a call centre environment and has had some leadership or supervisory experience. The level of experience is reflected in the salary which will be $35,000-$38,000 + super.
